Click on a shift to view all details and apply. Once you are accepted, you'll receive a notification and the shift will be officially scheduled.

Once you have an account, it only takes a few minutes to find the right shift. Simply apply, and the company will let you know if you've been selected to work that specific shift.

You contact the companies by applying via the 'Find Shifts' page. Companies review your application and decide if you're suitable for the shift.

What happens during the onboarding process?

Creating an account is very simple: fill in your details, and you're ready to go. Once your account is created, you'll be asked to complete your profile — this includes personal information, work experience, and a profile photo.

Additionally, you'll go through an onboarding with Finqle, the factoring company that HFS Freelancers partners with. They ensure your invoices and other administrative matters are handled correctly.
Once your profile is complete, you can start applying for shifts.

What is the average hourly rate?

On average, companies pay €20 per hour. The hourly rate is displayed when you browse through the available shifts.
Think you're worth more than what the client is offering? You can always negotiate your rate and explain why you believe you deserve more.

When and how do I get paid?

Once your shift is completed, you register your worked hours. These are sent to the company for approval.
After approval, your invoice is created and you receive payment within a few hours.
